What is your company policy regarding those who were stuck abroad on holiday?

A grace period of 1 or 2 days permitted, any time after that to be treated as 'unpaid leave' or 'holiday'

An option to make up the missed hours with overtime, ensuring you are not out of pocket in terms of salary

Any absence from work to be treated as 'unpaid leave' or 'holiday' (no exceptions)

Your efforts to get back to work asap are appreciated. You will not be penalised It is acknowledged and appreciated that you incured considerable personal expense getting back to work quickly, and as your employer we will not add to your misery!!
