Which do you prefer, tender cooked bacon or dry, dark bacon?

I like my bacon dark and dry. You just want bacon, in any form...even if its overcooked. You also might be a vegetarian swayed by the scent of this fine meat product. Because you don't cook it very often, you may not know when it has gone past peak tenderness, you have been easily hypnotized by the smokey heavenly aroma.

I love me some tender bacon! You are one who covets the finer things in life. A true pleasure-seeker, you know all about timing more and importantly, when the bacon is in it's prime state for eating pleasure.
